Q: Can I only place my retail store order online?
A: Yes, at this time we are not able to take retail store orders via phone, fax, or email.
Q: How will my jewelry be packaged?
A: Your jewerly will arrive in an organza gift pouch.
Q: Where is your jewelry manufactured?
A: 80% of our jewelry is manufactured in the United States, the balance is made in China and Korea.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use gemstones, crystals, glass, lucite, enamel, and metals that are plated sterling silver or 14k gold. All earwires are either hypoallergenic surgical steel, plated sterling silver or 14k gold.
Q: Can you replace a lost earring?
A: We will replace a lost earring for no charge if we still have it in stock.

Q: What do you sell?
A: Primarily we sell costume jewelry and scarves, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hair accessories, and rings. We also offer fun and unique gift items we find throughout our travels.
Q: Who do you sell to?
A: Aside for the fifteen days of retail clearances, we sell our products to over 3,000 boutiques and gift stores around the country.
Q: Why is everything so inexpensive?
A: Because we design and manufacture all of our products, we are able to offer first quality previous season's merchandise at prices well below retail.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been wholesaling jewelry since 1991, our first tent sale was the following year.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our jewelry is made of gemstones, glass, crystals, lucite, and enamel. All of the metal components are sterling silver plated pewter or brass and have been tested to ensure they meet stringent federal standards. Scarves are labeled with content, typically viscose, acrylic, cotton, or polyester.
Q: How much of the inventory is new to each clearance?
A: At least a third of the inventory is new at every annual event.
Q: Is there a clearance shopping strategy?
A: It's best to start shopping the jewelry on the displays, as that's where you'll find the one of a kind and limited quantity styles. Then dive into the bins on the tables for more styles in multiple colors.
Q: Do you run out of certain styles during the clearance?
A: Yes. But there is always lots to choose from.
Q: Do you restock?
A: Yes, we restock throughout the day as well as each evening.
Q: Is it best to get there on the first day?
A: While we never come close to running out of product during a clearance, there will be many one of a kind and limited quantity items that disappear the first day.
Q: What are the busiest times?
A: Fridays from 10:00 to 12:00 at our Waitsfield clearances can be busy but the lines rarely exceed fifteen minutes. The busiest time is from 11:00 to 3:00 on Saturday when the line to check out can be as long as thirty minutes. There is rarely more than a five minute wait at any of our clearances in West Lebanon or Burlington.
Q: What are the slowest times?
A: The slowest times at our Waitsfield clearances are late afternoons and all day Sunday. Aside for a small rush when we open the door at our other clearances they are never too busy.
Q: What about parking?
A: Even during peak hours at our Waitsfield sale there is always ample parking.
Q: What if I change my mind when I get home?
A: All clearance purchases are final…but you can gift them and make someone happy.
Q: Who is that guy that's always at the clearances?
A: That's David, he and his wife Robin own Baked Beads.
Q: Can I visit your offices or order your products any other time of the year?
