Shipping & Handling
Each jewelry item is packed individually and colorfully, ready to treat yourself or someone else. Orders are shipped
within 2 business days of receipt.
All ground orders within the United States are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $5.00 and should arrive within 2-5 business days.
2-day and overnight orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS, to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS. The flat rate for 2-day is $18 and overnight is $40, based on orders placed by 11am (EST) Monday - Friday. We are required to charge a 6% sales tax on all orders shipped within Vermont.
Payment Options
Baked Beads accepts Visa and Master Card. We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. We are only able to accept returns of jewelry purchased at bakedbeads.com. Exchanged merchandise will be charged the same shipping charge as on the original order.
To return merchandise, simply email us within twelve days of receipt for a return authorization number. Then ship your items with the return authorization number to:

We apply credits upon receipt of the return to the credit card used at the time of purchase for merchandise in original packaging and condition.
Items purchased during our $10 sales and 50% discounts are not eligible for return; all sales are final during those discounted periods.
