If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. We do not, however, accept returns of jewelry that were purchased at any retailer other than bakedbeads.com. Exchanged merchandise will be charged the same shipping charge as on the original order.

To return merchandise, simply email us, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (EST), within twelve days of receipt for a return authorization number. Then ship your items with the return authorization number to:
